SHIPPING
We dispatch orders on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday. Please make sure someone is there to receive the order.
You will get a confirmation of postage the day the order is sent.
Use of alternative courier is at your own risk.
Sadly, we are no longer able to ship to the EU.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
IsopodsOnline guarantee live arrival on all livestock shipped on a Next Day Service which excludes any order shipped by 1st class. The live arrival guarantee is void if no one is present to receive and sign for the package on the arranged day resulting in a delay in transit. The Guarantee is also void if the package is delayed due to any reason caused by the customer like supplying the wrong address or not making reasonable efforts to receive the package. Any delays in transit caused by the couriers will not affect the live arrival guarantee. However, if a parcel is not received, damaged, or not delivered to an acceptable standard please contact us immediately, with colour photographic images of location items were placed or damage to exterior packaging which is deemed as excessive or destroyed.
We must be notified of any DOAs (Dead on arrival) within 12 hours to claim a refund, after this period all claims are null and void.
In the unlikely event of any DOAs we will either replace it or refund of the same value (excluding postage), whichever is preferred by the buyer. We will require a full colour photograph/video to back up your claim or the livestock returned to us for inspection. We may request the livestock be returned even if a full colour photograph/video is supplied.
